Rachell began her medical career in 1997, eventually becoming a phlebotomist in 2006. She has worked in many settings including mobile phlebotomy, blood bank, apheresis, law enforcement medical, outpatient laboratory services, and much more as both a technician and a supervisor. She has worked in fast-paced, high volume, detail-orientated, patient customer service settings and has loved the career opportunities and challenges being in the medical field has provided. Rachell loves being a mentor and sharing all the knowledge and experience she has gained over the years. She currently also teaches Phlebotomy, helping individuals start new careers and provide patient care, and as a CPR instructor how to save lives. Teaching is her passion.
